Eighth season of rodeo sports program begins for Doc Spoon

FORT DAVIS - The Rodeo Sports Medicine program under the direction of Truman (Doc) Spoon of Fort Davis is starting its eighth year of providing medical and emergency services to rodeo athletes in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, the Working Ranch Cowboys Association and the Championship Bull Riders. Spoon works over 30 PRCA and WRCA events each year as well as a CBR events, the latter led by former Sul Ross State University national champion and many-time world champion Tuf Hedeman of Morgan Mill.
